Site Waste Management Plans (SWMPs) Regulations arrived in 2008

Site Waste Management Plans became a legal requirement on the 6th April 2008 for all construction projects with an anticipated value of £300,000 or above. This currently applies to England only with The Welsh Assembly Government taking SWMPs into consultation in Spring 2010.

To compliment our role as CDM Co-ordinators, we are also able to act as SWMP Client Advisors, thus making more efficient use of client finances and resources.
